Jen loves Panama City Beach and has called this area home for over 10 years. She has been a realtor in Missouri and Florida, and got her broker’s license in 2018, opening her own boutique brokerage. Buying her first home in 2014 in PCB, she eventually turned that into a successful Airbnb in 2016.

Traci Murphy has been in Real Estate as an Investor/Banker/Agent for most of her life. She currently holds a Texas Real Estate and Florida Agents License. Traci currently lives in Lubbock, TX but also has a vacation home in Panama City Beach. She plans on moving to PCB full time in the next few years.

R. Alan Dismuke was born and raised in Albany, GA. . Once in real estate, he became a licensed Auctioneer and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). He serves as CAM at Mariner East in PCB and works once a week as an auctioneer at the Tallahassee Auto Auction. He lives on the east end of the beach with his wife Cherry and son Ripp.
